What We Look For

To be considered for the WWG Premium Management program your site should meet the following criteria:

Size
We are mostly interested in sites with a minimum of 50,000 rentable sq. ft. but would consider smaller ones in select markets.

Construction type
We prefer facilities built of block or concrete tilt walls with steel partitions and a standing seam metal roof. We will look at other construction types as well.

Age
We generally look for properties that were built within the last 20 years that have been well maintained.

Market
We are expanding in each of the five major markets where we currently have an operating presence. This includes Northern and Southern California, Phoenix and surrounding areas, Denver and surrounding areas, and Hawaii. We are open to look at other markets as well.
