Alameda & Buckley Sold 

The William Warren Group of Santa Monica, Calif., has purchased Alameda & Buckley Self-Storage, a 500-unit, self-storage facility in Aurora, for $4.3 million. The purchaser will rebrand the property as StorQuest. William Warren Group also opened a StorQuest Self Storage location at 5200 E. Evans Ave., giving it 13 self-storage properties in the Denver area and 80 overall.
