StorQuest Self Storage, a division of the William Warren Group, continued expanding its Colorado holdings by acquiring six more facilities — including a site in Louisville — for a total of $33.24 million, officials announced this week.
StorQuest acquired Louisville Self Storage, a 522-unit facility at 1200 Lock St., for $6.56 million, according to Boulder County records. StorQuest also acquired facilities in Aurora, Highlands Ranch, Manitou Springs and Parker.
The William Warren Group had managed the properties since September 2011. Combined, the six facilities have 353,902 net rentable square feet across 2,692 units, officials for the William Warren Group said. The acquisitions come less than two months after StorQuest bought A-1 Self Storage in Lafayette as part of a 15-property transaction. As a result of the transactions, StorQuest has 14 properties in Colorado and 102 properties in six states.
