Real estate development, acquisition and property management company enhances leadership team
SANTA MONICA, Calif. (May 9, 2023) – The William Warren Group (WWG), announces the appointment of Norman Shore to the role of Vice President of Operations, reporting to Gary Sugarman, Chief Operating Officer. Shore brings more than 20 years of self-storage experience to WWG.
“We are fortunate to have Norman at the operations helm, bringing his invaluable self-storage experience to our team.” said Gary Sugarman, Chief Operating Officer. “In his new role, Shore joins the executive leadership team and will spearhead further integrating store operations with all corporate departments across the organization, refining our sales process to our stores via AI-driven technology, and expanding our digital monitoring and security platform.”
Prior to joining WWG, Norman spent two years as Vice President of Asset Management at Alpha Storage Properties, where he was responsible for the oversight of their operating platform and performance of all assets. Previously, he served as the Sr. Managing Director at Kayne Anderson, leading the self-storage team. Shore also held several management roles with Centershift Software, a key software provider to the self-storage industry, OB Companies, and Regional Manager roles with U-Store-It and Public Storage. Norman is a graduate of Temple University with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Education.
