TAMPA, Fla. – February 12, 2014 - The William Warren Group (WWG), a privately held, Santa Monica, Calif.,-based self storage development and operating company is announcing the purchase of Lock Tite Self Storage in Florida for approximately $8.1 million. The new facility is located on 4625 Clark Rd., in Sarasota adding 79,355 rentable square feet and 675 units to WWG’s Florida portfolio.

WWG will rebrand the property as StorQuest Self Storage, their propriety brand, making it their third location in the greater Tampa area and 19th property in their Florida portfolio. With the additional facilities added to the platform, The WWG now has 96 locations in the company’s operating portfolio, 57 of which are branded as StorQuest Self Storage
