THE WILLIAM WARREN GROUP ACQUIRES THREE SELF STORAGE FACILITIES IN ARIZONA WWG expands the StorQuest brand with acquisition of 15 new facilities
PHOENIX – February 12, 2014 - The William Warren Group (WWG), a privately held, Santa Monica, Calif.-based self storage development and operating company is announcing the purchase of three new self storage facilities in Arizona. The $10.8 million acquisition consists of 175,660 in rentable square feet and 1,660 units to add to their Arizona portfolio.

WWG, which owns and operates StorQuest Self Storage, will rebrand the properties as StorQuest, bringing their total to eight locations in the greater Phoenix area. The new facilities were part of a 15 property acquisition with facilities in Arizona, Colorado, California and Texas. With the additional facilities added to the platform, WWG now has 96 locations in the company’s operating portfolio, 57 of which are branded as StorQuest Self Storage.
“We believe bringing these facilities on to the StorQuest platform will improve the occupancy through our more focused and innovative management system,” said Hobin.
Arizona Rent-A-Storage: 9240 N. 67th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85345 The single-story 75,100 RSF 682 unity facility is located in Glendale on the west side of 67th Avenue, just west of Olive Avenue.
Watchful Eye Self Storage: 10461 E. Apache Trail, Apache Junction, AZ 85120 Located on the border of Mesa and Apache Junction, the single-story 48,975 RSF facility has 375 storage units along with 60 parking spaces and a cell tower.
Midvale Valencia Self Storage: 6400 S. Commerce Ct., Tucson, AZ 85746 The Tucson facility is located just west of the Interstate-19 and offers 451 units on 54,785 RSF.
